That's where I come in. I'm a Mind Body Practitioner and I work with your body to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck in the cycle (the overthinking, the absorbing, the saying yes when you mean no, the not trusting yourself) so you can actually shift it.
Every session is completely tailored to you using a range of modalities: somatic work, Traditional Chinese Medicine, IFS-informed parts work, ThetaHealing, NLP, and nervous system regulation - depending on what your body needs that day.

For when there's something specific going on and you need support with it now. Maybe you can't stop replaying a conversation, or you're stuck on a decision that's eating you alive, or you've been carrying something heavy and you just need help getting to the bottom of it.

That might look like working through why a certain person's mood completely derails your day, why you can't make a decision without spiralling, why the same pattern keeps showing up in your relationships. I use holistic coaching, parts work, somatics, NLP and TCM to work with it in your body, not just talk about it.

For when it's not just one thing - it's the whole pattern. The overthinking, the absorbing everyone's stress, the saying yes when you mean no. This is where we work through all of it.

Session 1: we get you out of the loop and back into your body - noticing what's actually going on instead of analysing it to death, and starting to feel the difference between what's yours and what you've picked up from everyone around you.
Session two: we look at what's actually driving the pattern - why your brain defaults to overdrive, why other people's moods land on you so heavily, why trusting yourself feels so hard.
Sessions three and four: we build the practice of coming home so when the spiral kicks in, you know exactly what to do with it.

About your practitioner
I'm a holistic kinesiologist and mind/body practitioner based in Perth and if the stuff on this page is resonating, it's probably because I've lived most of it.
I spent years stuck in my head, replaying everything, absorbing everyone's stress, saying yes when I meant no and then wondering why I was so exhausted. I understood myself really well, I just couldn't stop doing it.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to think my way out of it and started actually working with my body instead. That's what I help people do now, and it's a lot less complicated than your brain is probably making it right now.
