A: A few key differences:

Here's what's different: This isn't designed to be "finished." There's no completion certificate & no pressure to do it all.
Most people start with whatever module feels most relevant to them right now (usually the element or chakra that matches their current struggle), try a few practices, and find the ones that work.
Then you come back when something else comes up. Maybe six months later you're dealing with relationship stuff, so you go to the Heart chakra module. Maybe a year from now you're struggling with boundaries, so you revisit Fire element.
It's not meant to be a linear "start to finish" thing. It's a resource library you dip into when you need it. So "finishing" isn't really the point - using what's helpful when you need it is.

The whole course is about learning to ask your body what it needs and then actually listening to the answer. Some days that might be a 5-minute meditation. Other days it might be 30 seconds of acupressure on a specific point. Sometimes you won't need anything at all.
